Membership dues, contracts, and waivers are managed separately through the gym's standard processes and are not governed by these Terms.

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of student records they create or modify, including belt rank and attendance adjustments. Manual edits to student records should reflect actual training history.
The software, design, content, and branding of this platform — including the codebase, user interface, and any logos or graphics — are the property of Alliance Jiu Jitsu – Ames and its developers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without prior written consent.
The "Alliance Jiu Jitsu" name and associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here with permission for gym operations. This platform is not operated by Alliance Jiu Jitsu's international organisation.
Your use of this Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLIANCE JIU JITSU – AMES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Story County, Iowa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are an EU/EEA or UK resident, nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before your local courts or supervisory authority under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
